"Mindy the owner and her staff member Rosa treated me as a family. They resolved my needs even though I live in NewJersey.
My son died on a fatal car accident on 1/10/24 @ 12:38 pm in Kansas. Awful snow storm the prior day. My son Damian Garcia Osborne, just turned 24, auto was a total
Lost and taken by Quality Towing.
The owner Mindy, it felt like she held my hand thru each step. Mindy even mailed me my son’s cell phone no charge.
She would text me and followed up to see how am I doing and if I needed
Anything else. Mindy Coordinated all the activity with Officer Wilson who was also very good and supportive and did not charge me a cent. She organized cutting my sons car open and witnessed by Trooper Wilson to look for his personal belonging.
Mindy arranged took my son’s car to salvage.
Though we meet under aElgin and circumstances, Mindy was a god sent angel that helped me coordinate activity in Kansa with the Trooper to help me from New Jersey.
If more businesses treated their clients with heart as Mindy, owner of Quality Towing, treated me with heart, imagine how our world would be.
I am forever grateful to this wonderful company, Quality Towing & Recovery.
