"After previously waiting for another tow truck company for two hours on the side of the interstate, I was pleasantly surprised when Quality Tow showed up to pick me up much earlier than I was expecting and for a lower price than most places in town. The driver was friendly and helpful. While paying, I saw the driver skip through the payment option to add a tip so I was not pressured or asked to leave one."

I had an excellent experience with quality. After my car broke down unexpectedly, I called them for a tow, and they arrived within 30 minutes, which was much quicker than I expected. The driver was professional, friendly, and handled my vehicle with great care. They made a stressful situation much easier for me.
