"Needed a tow for a flat tire I couldn’t remove. Austin showed up, and instead of charging me for towing broke out his tools and removed the tire, changed it and gave me recommendations on how to best address fixing my flat. He saved me money and a ton of time."

Great Service
"After a crash my friends and I unfortunately got into, I called my AAA agent and they sent Austin with Quality Tow and Recovery to come tow our vehicle for us. Austin could not have been more friendly, helpful, and prompt with the process! He provided excellent service with towing, but moreover, with the service of giving us his advice on what to do in our situation. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Quality Tow and Recovery goes above and beyond!"

"My family & I have used Quality Tow since the beginning. We ONLY call Quality Tow because well, my husband can get into some pretty good "jams" and Quality Tow is the only one that can get him out. Quality has always been quick to respond. Very nice and knowledgeable drivers. Customer Service is great & friendly. We wouldn't use any other tow service."
