"I had a great experience with Quality Tow. I had a blowout on the way to work and had to deal with roadside assistance from my insurance company. They finally got me connected with Quality Tow in Lawrence, KS. Matt was a my driver(he was super friendly and helpful) and had my vehicle loaded up and transported to a tire shop with 30 minutes of arriving. I would highly recommend this company."

"I found myself with a flat tire on I-70 outside of Lawrence in late July and wasn’t able to get the lug nuts off my tire during rush hour. I called quality towing for assistance and the woman who answered the call was very polite and understanding. She explained that their driver “Matt” was assisting another vehicle and would be there as soon as he could. I’m impatient and was able to loosen the nuts myself and change the tire. Matt came as I was tightening the lug nuts and offered to assist. He was super polite, calm and kind. I’d use them again and would recommend to anyone in a crisis such as mine."
