"I found myself with a flat tire on I-70 outside of Lawrence in late July and wasn’t able to get the lug nuts off my tire during rush hour. I called quality towing for assistance and the woman who answered the call was very polite and understanding. She explained that their driver “Matt” was assisting another vehicle and would be there as soon as he could. I’m impatient and was able to loosen the nuts myself and change the tire. Matt came as I was tightening the lug nuts and offered to assist. He was super polite, calm and kind. I’d use them again and would recommend to anyone in a crisis such as mine."

"I had a broken transmission cable and called Quality Tow at the recommendation of a local mechanic. Mindy was incredibly helpful on the phone and their service was fantastic. The tow itself was a fair price, especially considering the car had to be manually shifted to neutral, as well. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent work by their team, my car was dead on a secluded stretch of county highway in the sweltering summer heat. The dispatcher was quick in finding my co-ordinates and the towing truck was at my location on time. The tow driver noticed my severely debilitated condition and moved swiftly to get me back to a safe place in town. I would recommend this business!"
