"Nobody wants to need a tow, but when you do this is the place. If I could give the folks at Quality Tow and Recovery more stars I would. When I called and left a voicemail, dispatch returned my call quickly as their voicemail message stated they would. The dispatch lady has a wonderfully kind voice and was like talking to a helpful friend. She got my info and dispatched a truck to my location very quickly. The driver Justin arrived within 15 minutes after I called. He was kind, patient, helpful, and I immediately felt that my car was going to be in good hands. In the process of problem solving (Justin was trying to save me money by not having to utilize more equipment) my car actually started!! We were able to cancel the tow, and Justin was totally cool about it. For a guy whose time is literally money—When I tried to pay/tip $ him for his service/time showing up he declined. He said given that they are a family owned business reviews make a huge difference and asked for a review instead. Y’all— If you need a tow from a local tow service you can trust, this is the place. Thank you Justin and others at Quality Tow and Recovery LLC. I will be a customer for life and this is the place I will be recommending anytime someone asks for tow company suggestions."

"This place is the best! Helpful, friendly, and professional. These guys went above and beyond for me. Long story short, I gave them the wrong address that sent them well out of the their way and when we realized my mistake, they very graciously handled it and took the absolute best care of me and my car!! I give them a 10 out of 10!"

"i had an excellent experience with quality tow! from the moment they were called, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. they arrived much faster than I expected and handled my vehicle with great care. the driver was knowledgeable, courteous, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. thank you for going above and beyond!"
